At MediGo Flex, we are committed to delivering your health devices safely and promptly. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle order processing, shipping, and delivery across India.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India through trusted logistics partners (e.g., Bluedart, Delhivery, Ekart, etc.).

International shipping is not available at this time.

1. Order Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of successful payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

• Metro cities: 2–4 business days
• Tier 2 & 3 cities: 4–7 business days
• Remote/Rural areas: 5–10 business days

Delays may occur during high-demand periods, holidays, or due to logistics disruptions.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will:

• Send you a confirmation email or SMS with the tracking number
• You can track your order through our courier partner’s website or check email for more updates.

4. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹1,000.
• A flat shipping fee of ₹99 may apply to smaller orders.
• All charges are visible during checkout before payment.

5. Delivery Attempts

• Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
• If the delivery fails due to unavailability, incorrect address, or phone number, the order may be returned to us.
• Reshipping charges may apply for failed delivery due to customer error.
