Return & Exchange Policy

At MediGo Flex, we aim to ensure 100% customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your product due to a defect or damage, we're here to help.

1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return or replacement if:

You received a damaged, defective, or non-functional product.
You received the wrong item.
The product is incomplete or missing accessories.

⚠️ We do not accept returns for reasons such as personal preference, change of mind, or opened/used health devices due to hygiene and safety regulations.

2. Return Window

All return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Email us at support@medigoflex.com or WhatsApp us at +918128613883 with:

Order ID
Clear photos/video of the issue
Description of the problem

Our support team will review your request and approve the return if it meets our policy.
Once approved, you may be asked to:

Ship the product back (we will provide the return shipping address), or
Wait for our courier pickup (if serviceable in your area)

4. Conditions for Returns

The item must be returned in its original packaging, including user manuals, accessories, and invoice.
Products must be unused and in resalable condition, except when returning due to a defect.
Serial numbers and warranty stickers must be intact.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchange Policy

We offer a free replacement if your product is:

Damaged in transit
Not functioning as promised
Delivered incorrectly

Once we receive and verify the returned item, a new unit will be shipped at no extra cost.

7. Warranty Claims

If the product develops a defect after 7 days but within the warranty period, please refer to our Warranty Policy for service and replacement procedures.
